Please complete the steps provided in the email as soon as possible. If you did not receive this email, first check your spam folder. Any requests to update the fiscal agent in the system must be sent to EANS@classwallet.com. EANS Webinar with The Michigan Department of Education

The Michigan Association of Non-public Schools (MANS) and the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) hosted two recent EANS Office Hours to answer questions related to EANS I.

EANS II – American Rescue Plan (ARP)

The ARP Act, which was signed into law on March 11, 2021, provides an additional $2.75 billion for the EANS program. Under the ARP EANS program, the Department will award grants by formula to each Governor with an approved application to provide services or assistance to eligible non-public schools to address the impact that the COVID-19 emergency has had, and continues to have, on non-public school students and teachers in the State.
The initial application for funds from Michigan to the United States Department of Education was rejected and sent back to MDE for more information. MANS is monitoring the re-application process and will provide updates as timelines are developed.

During 2020, MANS monitored and shared COVID-19 resources as they became available. They may be found here.
