Happy New Year! The MANS staff hopes that you had a wonderful and relaxing Christmas break.
As we begin the New Year, there is important information to share with you in this month’s MANS Notes. Please pay close attention to the following items:
- Registration for MANS Public Policy Day on March 12th is now open. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to meet with your legislators in Lansing and receive important updates on policy impacting schools. Click here to register.
- The Michigan Department of Education has asked schools to participate in a statewide survey. It is important that the non-public school voice is heard in this survey. Click here to access the survey.
- The Michigan Equitable Service Collaborative has launched its year-long partnership with Learning Forward. Information regarding the Standards Assessment Inventory and the Learning Forward Cohort is below.
- There have been changes to the Michigan Department of Education’s District Provided Professional Development Program (DPPD). These changes could affect how you provide continuing education opportunities for you and your staff.
