In 2003, MANS launched its first Marketing Training Seminars directed to help faith-based school leaders, teachers and board members with retention, recruitment, and growth. A marketing media kit provided to attendees contained valuable tools such as marketing templates, guidelines for communicating with prospective parents, a sample Power Point presentation, radio and outdoor advertising, brochures, direct mail postcards including follow-up guidelines, newspaper advertising, and web site architecture. Subsequent phases of the marketing training covered emerging marketing techniques and new trends in relationship marketing. Over 800 school leaders participated in the two-day seminars and refreshers. In June 2006, the program expanded to include Parent Marketing training.
In Fall 2010 MANS introduced a webinar that reinforces "The Teacher's Role in Marketing." A pre-conference session on Marketing Trends was held in conjunction with the MANS Administrator Conference in Fall 2011.
