Booths are reserved upon receipt of a completed on-line registration form, and payment of full amount due. Registrations will NOT be accepted without full payment. Confirmation of the booth reservation will be sent within a week of receipt. A complete Exhibitor Kit will be available in July.

EXHIBITOR PRESENTATIONS
Exhibitors are invited to make one hour presentations. Presentations will take place in a room near the Exhibit Hall. MANS makes no guarantees regarding attendance at vendor presentations. After registering and paying for the presentation, you will be contacted by MANS with further details on scheduled date, time, and location of presentation. Spaces are limited. Payment is required in order to be placed on the schedule. Payment Deadline: July 31, 2012

ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
Program Guide Advertising - Advertise your company and services in the Conference Program Guide. This guide will be in the hands of over 4500 participants, and serves as a great opportunity to showcase your company!
Welcome Bag Item - All conference attendees receive a welcome bag containing various conference related materials. Your promotional items are sure to be seen. Item examples: pens, highlighters, note pads etc. Printed materials such as flyers, magazines, brochures are not acceptable.

Booth Raffle Listing (complimentary to all Exhibitors)
Here’s an easy way to generate excitement and increased booth traffic! Simply provide a raffle item to be displayed and raffled off at your booth ($100 minimum value) and MANS will send an email to all conference participants listing participating booths/companies and raffle items. The list will also be published in the conference program book. Please email company name and a description of the raffle item to m-a-n-s@m-a-n-s.org.
